Minnesota American Legions Rib Competition at Elk River Post 112

Minnesota American Legions are being challenged to a Rib Cook-Off at the Elk River American Legion.

Your mission, should you choose to accept is to:

• Form a Team to Represent your Post

• Cook St Louis Style Ribs and compete against up to 14 other Minnesota Legions

• Spend a Saturday in October cooking in the spirit friendly competition and camaraderie, and maybe win cash, a trophy, & bragging rights

• Have a whole lot of fun
