Minnesota American Legions are being challenged to a Rib Cook-Off at the Elk River American Legion.

Your mission, should you choose to accept is to:

Form a Team to Represent your Post
Cook St Louis Style Ribs and compete against 14 other Minnesota Legions
Spend a Saturday in October cooking in the spirit friendly competition and camaraderie, and maybe win cash, a trophy, & bragging rights
Have a whole lot of fun
